SPOTLIGHT SERIES: From Stargate to Survival: Corin Nemec on the new Stargate SG1 Series

Most well known for his acting lead role in Parker Lewis Can't Lose [73 episodes] early on in his career, and the hugely successful Stargate SG1 series, as the legendary Jonas Quinn, host Jayden caught up with the legendary actor Corin Nemec to discuss the latest news around Amazon Prime's announcement of a new installment of Stargate SG1 [bringing back the original creators].

We also delve into Corin's journey through Stargate SG1, his resilience to fight to overcome his accident in 2013; and how he continued to pursue his dream in the entertainment field, from producing and screenwriting to landing an enormous credit of acting roles from the 1980's to present day.

SPOTLIGHT SERIES: Disney Actress & Rising Music Sensation Izabela Rose

Izabela Rose is a rising actress and musician known for her dynamic performances in film and television. We caught up with her [hosted by Izzy Jeeves] following the release of her new single "Tipsy Truth". She starred as Nory in Disney Channel's Upside-Down Magic (2020) and played Young Jess in Secrets of Sulphur Springs (2021). She also took on the lead role of Quinn in The Curious Case of Dolphin Bay (2022).

 

A testament to her talent, Izabela was personally selected by legendary director Steven Spielberg for her role as Olivia in Apple TV+'s Amazing Stories, showcasing his belief in her craft. Born to a Salvadoran, African American, and Italian heritage, Izabela embraces her rich cultural roots, which fuel her artistic journey. Now expanding into music, she blends pop, electronic elements, and soulful melodies to create songs that are both resonant and empowering.

 

Her music reflects her bold creativity and unmistakable energy, capturing themes of self-discovery and personal growth. When Izabela is not in front of the camera or honing her craft, she enjoys playing video games, guitar, and learning to speak Spanish (her father and grandmother are both fluent). Rose also plans to spend her time volunteering with the Atlanta Mission and other charities dedicated to helping the homeless, a cause close to her heart.

 

Additionally, she serves as an ambassador for the Special Olympics, further demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact on the world. With an authentic voice and a fearless approach to creativity, Izabela Rose continues to break boundaries in entertainment. As both an actress and musician, she inspires confidence, individuality, and the courage to embrace new possibilities.

SPOTLIGHT SERIES: Actor and Director Frankie Kevich (Apex, Fire Emblem, Suits LA)

In our latest spotlight series, host @jaydenrobinsonmedia caught up with the incredibly talented actor and director @frankiekevich (Apex, Fire Emblem, Suits LA).

Frankie is best known as Conduit, the Filipino hero in Apex Legends, and Machyua from Fire Emblem. You will also recognize her voice from Mermaid Magic and LOL Surprise! Onscreen, she recently appeared as Sydney, a young attorney, on Suits LA.

Up next, she will star in the infamous, ridiculously fun comedy/horror flick VelociPastor 2, about -- you guessed it -- a pastor who can turn into a velociraptor. Premise: Pastor Doug Jones travels to Milan, where he must solve a series of murders committed by a masked aggressor at an Italian Fertility Festival. The series has amassed a cult following online, who call themselves Velocipostles.

She recently produced and directed a play, Nyx: The Girl Born to Chaos, which premiered at Hollywood Fringe earlier this summer. Frankie wrote, directed, and starred in a short film, The Commedia, a comedy-thriller inspired by Pagliacci.
